心律泰胶囊抗实验性心律失常的实验研究
Experimental Study on Antiarrhythmic Effects of Xinlu Tai Capsule
【摘要】 目的 研究心律泰胶囊对实验性心律失常的作用。方法 用乌头碱、氯化钡、哇巴因、缺血再灌4种方法建立心律失常动物模型,观察心律泰的抗心律失常作用。结果 心律泰剂量依赖性地提高鸟头碱致大鼠室早(VP)、室速(VT)、室颤(VF)、心脏停搏(CA)的阈剂量(P<0.05);剂量依赖性地缩短氯化钡引起的大鼠心律失常的持续时间(P<0.01);提高哇巴因致豚鼠VP、VT、VF、CA的阈剂量(P<0.01);缺血再灌模型中,大鼠VP出现时间及个数、VT持续时间、心律失常持续时间均显著性改善(P<0.05)。在4种模型中,与宁心宝、奎尼丁相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 心律泰胶囊具有抗实验性心律失常作用,离子作用机制可能与阻Na+、Ca2+内流,促K+外流有关。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the antiarrhythmic effects of Xinlu Tai Capsule (XTC). Methods Animal models with arrhythmia were induced by aconitine, barium chloride, ouabain and ischemia/reperfusion. Results XTC increased the threshold dose of aconitine in inducing ventricular premature beat (VPB), ventricular tachycardia (VT), ventricular fibrillation (VF) and cardiac arrest (CA) ( P < 0. 05) and shortened the persistent period of arrhythmia induced by barium chloride ( P < 0. 01) in rats in a dose - dependent manner. XTC could also increased the threshold dose of ouabin in inducing VPB, VT, VF and CA( P < 0. 01) and improve the attacking - time and the number of VPB, persistent period of VT and arrhythmia induced by ischemia/reperfusion( P < 0. 05). The differences in the above four groups did not differ from those in Ningxinbao and quinidine ( P > 0. 05). Conclusion XTC has an antiarrhythmic effect and its mechanism may be associated with inhibition of sodium and calcium ions influx and promotion of potassium ion outflux.
