中医发展的数学之路
Mathematic Way of Developing Traditional Chinese Medicine
【摘要】 中医对疾病的诊断、辨证和治疗是多方面的 ,用数学的语言讲就是多元的、多变量的。中医证候不是建立在病理解剖基础上的 ,而是一种对症状群的分类方法 ,因此可借助多元统计数学中的聚类分析方法进行数量分类辨证。有关工作包括 :中医分类症状的选取、中医分类症状的编码、聚类分析、判别分析、主成分分析以及中医分类辨证指标的扩展等。中医数量辨证分类可以借助计算机和互联网成为未来中医临床诊断的主要手段。
【Abstract】 Multiple aspects are considered in diagnose, differentiation of syndrome and therapy in TCM which can be called multivariable by mathematic language. The syndrome in TCM is not built pathological-anatomically but classifying a cluster of symptons so cluster analysis in multivariable statistic mathematics could be used to numerical taxonomic differentiation of syndrome. The study includes choosing symptoms which can be used in cluster, coding the taxonomical symptom, cluster analysis, differentiation analysis and major component analysis etc. The numerical taxonomic differentiation of syndrome in TCM with the help of computers and internet will become the main tool in the clinic of modern Chinese medicine.
