【摘要】 目的　探讨三维CT成像诊断先天性马蹄内翻足的临床应用价值。方法　分析 8例马蹄内翻足的三维CT图像并与X线平片比较。结果　 8例马蹄内翻足中左下肢 2例、右下肢 4例、双下肢 2例。 3DCT较X线平片更能准确地反映马蹄内翻足程度和跗骨的发育异常以及各骨间的异常空间关系。结论　 3DCT在马蹄内翻足的术前诊断和疗效评定上可作为X线平片的有效补充手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical significance of three-dimensional CT in evaluating congenital clubfoot deformity. Methods 3DCT images of 8 patients with clubfoot were analyzed and compared with the plain films. Results Eight cases of clubfoot included unilateral clubfoot in 6 (with 2 left foot and 4 right foot) and bilateral clubfoot in 2. 3DCT can more accurately evaluate the rotation of the hindfoot bones and the relative positional relationships of the hindfoot bones.
