【摘要】 目的　分析严重急性呼吸综合症患者康复后心脏彩超的随诊复查结果 ,探讨严重急性呼吸综合症康复后近期内对右心的影响。方法　将严重急性呼吸综合症病人分为重症组和轻症组 ,观察 6 9例患者愈后对右心的影响 ,探讨严重急性呼吸综合症重症与轻症患者、一般肺炎患者愈后及健康成人间右心结构与肺动脉压改变的差别。结果　重症严重急性呼吸综合症患者愈后肺动脉压及肺动脉主干内径、右房横径、肺动脉高压发生率及右室增大率与其余各组间均存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,轻症组右室增大率与普通肺炎组比较存在有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,重症组的肺动脉增宽率与轻症组、普通肺炎组比较存在非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　部分严重急性呼吸综合症患者愈后近期内肺动脉压相对稍高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the results of CDFI examination in healed SARS patients, and analyze the changes of the right cardiac structure and PASP.Methods Sixty-nine SARS patients were divided into two groups according to the severity of the disease, the right cardiac structure and PASP were observed with CDFI. The results with common pneumonia group and normal persons were compared.Results There was difference between the severe SARS group and the others in the increase of PA, RA2, PH, the occurring rate of PH and the enlarging rate of RV (P< 0.05 ). There was significant difference between the light group and the common pneumonia group in the enlarge rate of RV(P<0.05).The increasing rate of PA was obviously different between the severe SARS group and the others(P< 0.01 ).Conclusion The pressure of pneumonia is higher in some SARS cases than in the others.更多还原
