【摘要】 目的　对比严重急性呼吸综合症与非典型肺炎X线诊断价值。方法　回顾分析严重急性呼吸综合症 5 9例与非典型肺炎 39例 ,进行对比研究。结果　全部病例肺部病变分布可单叶或单叶 ,可单侧或双侧。根据病变发展的不同时期 ,肺内可见斑片模糊影 ,条索及粗网状影 ,肺实变影 ,细网状或局灶细网状影。结论　严重急性呼吸综合症与非典型肺炎X线表现相似 ,无特异性。X线检查是严重急性呼吸综合症确诊重要的客观指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare diagnostic value of chest roentgenography in severe acute respiratoty syndrome(SARS) and atypical pneumonia(AP).Methods Fifty-five SARS patients and 39 AP were analyzed.Results The lesions developed into single or multiple lobars,unilateral or bilateral in chest in SARS and AP. According to the different stages of the disease,the main abnormalities were patch clouding opacity,blurred margin,consolidation,fine mesh,local fibrosis of the lungs.Conclusion There are more similarities between SARS and AP in chest roentgenography and no specialities.Chest roentgenography is one of the important objective criterion in the diagnosis of SARS.更多还原
