【摘要】 目的　探讨III期矽肺大阴影高电压X线摄影与HRCT影像特征。方法　 2 6例III期矽肺进行高电压摄影及HRCT检查 ,对其影像进行对比分析。结果　 2 6例III期矽肺两种检查方法对比分析表明 ,HRCT清楚显示大阴影周围的细微结构变化 ,如 :灶周结节、肺气肿、血管、支气管特征变化。结论　HRCT较清楚显示大阴影形态学方面的特征 ,尤其对早期III期矽肺的诊断具有决定性作用 ,在鉴别诊断方面具有独到之处。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate high voltage radiograph and HRCT’s image appearances of III period pneumoconiosis macroshadow. Methods Using high voltage radiograph and HRCT in 26 cases of III period pneumoconiosis and comparing its image. Results Comparing two methods in 26 cases of III period pneumoconiosis, HRCT can clearly display the tiny changes of the macroshadow around. Conclusion HRCT can clearly display the character of the macroshadow in morphology. It especially plays a determing part in the early III period pneumonectasis. It also plays a special role in differential diagnosis. [更多还原
