【摘要】 目的　探讨男性乳腺发育症的钼靶X线影像学表现 ,提高对男性乳腺发育症的认识。方法　对 73例主诉乳腺增大、患乳内触及肿物的患者 ,拍摄侧轴位片 ,观察病变形态和发病部位。结果　确诊乳腺发育症患者 71例。X线表现分五型 :①斑片状 :斑片样密度增高影 ,密度不均匀 ,无明显边缘 ,有索条状影向后扩散 ,计 3 2例。②团块状 :为类圆形或椭圆形密度增高、边缘清晰影 ,密度大致均匀 ,计 18例。③片絮状影 :密度大致均匀 ,无明显边界 ,计 12例。④小结节状 :为不规则的小结节状影 ,计 5例。⑤分支状 :乳头后分支状高密度影 ,计 4例。结论　男性乳腺发育症X线检查具有确诊意义。诊断时须与其他男性乳腺疾病相鉴别。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the mammographic manifestations of gynecomastia. Methods Mediolateral and craniocaudal views of breast were obstaind in 73 cases with enlarged breasts. The size, shape and location of the mass were observed. Results Seventy one patients were diagnosed gynecomastia. X ray findings were divided into 5 groups, ① patch like uneven mass with high density and ill defined border, ② round or oval mass with high density and well defined border, ③patch like even mass with high density and ill defined border, ④ irregular uneven nodules, ⑤dendric pattern. Conclusion Mammography can detect gynecomastia correctly. The mammographic features of gynecomastia are helpful for the differentiation with other lesions.更多还原
