【摘要】 目的　探讨彩色多普勒超声在尿毒症患者人工造瘘血管的检测作用。方法　对 2 0例尿毒症患者人工造瘘 3～5周后 ,瘘口处动静脉吻合状况、血管壁及管内血流状态进行检测和频谱分析。结果　 18例吻合口处血管充盈好 ,瘘口内径为 ( 3 .8± 0 .76)mm ,血流量为 ( 2 43± 47.5 )ml/min ,2例瘘口处充盈差 ,瘘口内径分别为 1.6mm和 1.3mm ,前者瘘口静脉处见血栓 ,血流量分别为 0和 12 9ml/min。结论　彩色多普勒超声对预测人工造瘘血管手术成败有很大价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the monitoring effect of color Doppler ultrasound in artificial arteria venous fistula in patients with ureamia. Methods Twenty patients with ureamia 3-5 weeks after artificial blood vessel fistula were enrolled. The state of fistula, vessel wall and blood flow were examined and analyzed. Results Eighteen cases showed good filling state of the vessel arround the fistula with average (3.8±0.76)mm diameter, and the blood flow was (243±47.5)ml/min. Two cases showed bad filling state of the vessel, the diameter of the fistula was 1.6mm and 1.3mm respectively, in which thrombosis was seen in one case without any blood flow, and 129ml/min of the blood flow in another case. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound plays a significant role in articial arteria verous fistula.更多还原
