【摘要】 目的　评价颅内动脉瘤的DSA诊断价值。方法　对 2 3例蛛网膜下腔出血就诊患者行超选择性DSA脑血管造影 ,分析颅内动脉瘤的大小、部位、形态及检查方法。结果　动脉瘤单发 2 1例 ,多发 2例 ;小型 5例 ,中型 10例 ,大型 8例 ,巨大型 2例 ;囊状 18例 ,梭状 7例。结论　DSA脑动脉造影能准确诊断颅内动脉瘤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in intracranial aneurysm.Methods Super-selective cerebral angiography (DSA) were performed on 23 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage.The size,location,appearance of thw intracranial aneurysm,and examination method were analyzed.Results There were solitary aneurysm in 21 cases,and multiple aneurysm in 2 cases.According to the size of aneurysm,there were small ( n =5),middle ( n =10),large ( n =8) and giant aneurysm ( n =2);Concerning the appearance of aneurysm,there were sacculated aneurysm ( n =18) and fusiform aneurysm ( n =7).Conclusion DSA cerebral angiography can diagnose intracranial aneurysm accurately.更多还原
