由CT图像进行肝脏曲面的B-样条三维重建
Reconstruction of Liver Surface From CT-Image
【摘要】 目的 由二维CT图像重建肝脏三维模型 ,使医生能从各方向观察肝脏形状、病变情况 ,并可计算肝脏体积 ,可辅助医生进行临床诊断及手术规划。方法 对肝脏CT扫描图像进行半自动轮廓数据点提取 ;再对所得数据进行平滑处理 ;最后用双三次B 样条曲面重构肝脏曲面。结果 对 10余例患者的CT片进行肝脏三维重建 ,所得肝脏三维模型形状、体积计算精度均能满足诊断要求。结论 本工作对诊断、教学及手术规划有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Objective Three dimensional model of liver reconstructed from CT image enables doctors to observe the liver and its pathological changes from different viewpoints and to calculate its volume. This model can help doctors to make a diagnosis and to plan a surgery. Methods In our software system, points of the contours of CT image of liver were firstly picked up by semi automatic method. Then, distance weighted method was utilized to smooth the points’ data. Finally, these smoothed points were fitted by cubic B Spline surface to get the desired 3D model. Results More than ten livers’ models had been reconstructed. Their shapes and precision could meet the requirement of diagnosis. Conclusion Our work is valuable for diagnosing, teaching and planning of liver related surgery. [
