【摘要】 目的　探讨不同扫描参数对图像质量和冠状动脉钙化评分的影响。方法　对 6只冠状动脉钙化较明显的尸体心脏标本应用不同扫描参数进行多层螺旋CT扫描 ,对图像质量评价和心脏冠状动脉钙化积分进行评价。结果　不同螺距间图像质量差别有显著性 ,不同有效层厚间冠状动脉钙化积分差别有显著性 ,重建间隔不同图像质量和冠状动脉钙化积分差别均无显著性。结论　不同扫描参数直接影响图像质量和冠状动脉钙化积分 ,扫描参数的适当选择具有重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the influence of multislice spiral CT (MSCT) scan parameters on image quality and coronary artery calcification score. Methods Six of cadaver heart specimens with evident coronary artery calcification were scanned with MSCT with different parameters. The image quality and coronary artery calcification score were evaluated. Results The image qualities in scans with different pitches were different significantly. The coronary artery calcification scores in scans with different effective slice thickness were also different significantly. There was no significant difference of image quality and coronary artery calcification score on scans with different increment. Conclusion CT scan parameters could influence directly on image quality and coronary artery calcification score. It is important in clinic to select CT scan parameters properly.更多还原
