【摘要】 目的　探讨超声引导经腹或经阴道穿刺无水酒精硬化治疗子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床应用价值。方法　超声引导下对 2 6 4例共 35 9个子宫内膜异位囊肿进行无水酒精硬化治疗 ,半年后观察疗效 ,并对单房性囊肿与多房性囊肿的疗效进行对比。结果　超声引导经腹或经阴道穿刺酒精硬化治疗子宫内膜异位囊肿疗效显著 ,其治愈率 84.9% ,总有效率 94.7% ;且单房性囊肿的治愈率高于多房性囊肿 ,χ2 检验具有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论　超声引导穿刺酒精硬化治疗子宫内膜异位囊肿为一种简便易行、经济实用、可重复性强、病人痛苦小、对卵巢功能无明显影响的方法 ,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study was undertaken to analyze the clinical value of transvaginal and transabdominal alcohol sclerotherapy for endometrial cysts guided by ultrasound. Methods Total 264 patients with 359 endometrial cysts underwent dehydrated alcohol sclerotherapy guided by ultrasound.The patients were followed up regularly for six years to observe the effect and also compared the effect of unilocular cysts with multilocular cysts. Results The treatment of transvaginal and transabdominal alcohol sclerotherapy for endometrial cysts guided by ultrasound was effective.The cure rate was 84.9%. Total effective rate was 94.7%.The cure rate of the unilocular cysts was higher than that of the multilocular cysts, there were significant differences using Chi-square test( P <0.005). Conclusion The treatment is simple, effective, repeatable, economic, no pain and no harm to the function of the ovary to treat endometrial cysts guided by ultrasound.[更多还原
