针刺对急性高血压脑出血大鼠HSP70表达的良性调整作用
The Good Regulatire Effect of Aupuncture on HSP70 Expression in Rats With a Rats Hypertensive Cerebral Haemorrhage
【摘要】 目的 :探索针刺对急性高血压脑出血大鼠治疗作用机制。方法 :复制急性高血压脑出血大鼠模型 ,动态观察针刺对脑组织热休克蛋白 70表达的影响。结果与结论 :针刺能够增加热休克蛋白 70在脑组织中的表达是针刺治疗急性脑出血的一个重要机制。
【Abstract】 Objectives:To explore the mechanism of acupuncture on the treatment of a rats hypertensive cerebral haemorrhage. Methods:To duplicate the rate models of acute hypertensive cerehral haemorrhage and observe the influence of awpunctare on HSP 70 expression of cerebral region. Results:Acupuncture may increae the HSP 70 expression of cerebral region. Conclusions:Acupuncture may increase HSP 70 expression of cerebral region would be the important mechanism the treatment of acute hypertensive cerebral haemcrrhage.
