淄博市2001～2002年面粉中增白剂使用情况调查分析
Survey and analysis on the use of whitening agent within flour in Zibo city (2001 - 2002)
【摘要】 针对面粉中增白剂含量超标现象,2001～2002年对淄博市面粉中过氧化苯甲酰的使用情况进行了调查分析。两年总合格率为53.73%,2002年合格率高于2001年,本市企业与外地企业样品合格率差异无显著性。
