某化工厂1987~2000年164例工伤调查分析

【摘要】 目的调查分析某化工厂工伤事故的分布规律及其危险因素,以便采取相应的预防干预措施。方法对1987~2000年该化工厂发生的工伤事故进行回顾性调查分析,建立数据库,并统计分析。结果 ①事故以轻伤为主,约占80.0%。②事故类别主要是灼烫烧伤和机械伤害,分别为工伤事故总数的35.8%、28.5%。③工伤伤害性质以骨折多见,约为总数的56.1%。④受伤工人的年龄分布以30~40岁段为主,约为总数的31.1%。⑤工伤事故原因中注意力不集中和违反操作规程分别为总数的43.0%,38.3%。结论12根据上述流行病学特点,采取相应的措施来减少工伤事故的发生。

【Abstract】 Objective The survey was conducted in order to understand distribution and relevant risk factors of occupational injuries in a chemical factory so as to take countermeasure as early as possible. Methods To carry out the retrospective investigation on the occupational injuries occurred during 1987-2000, by looking up and collecting the archived registry files and then building database. Results the results indicated that:(1)Most injuries (about 80.0%) are slight wound. (2) Injuries caused by burn and scald, machine-induced injuries were most important types of accident, accounted for 35.8% and 28.5% respectively. (3)Among the kinds of injuries the fracture is the majority, about 56.1% of total. (4) Most casualties were at the age of 30-40 years, about 31.1% of the total.(5)Occupational injuries were mainly caused by distraction from work and the violation of operation practices, accounted for 43.0% and 38.3% respectively. Conclusion To reduce the occupational accidents the comprehensive preventive measures should be taken according to the epidemiological characteristics mentioned above.
