【摘要】 目的　回顾总结颅脑损伤死亡病例的特点及相应的救治经验。方法　对 84例死亡病例的一般资料、临床表现、死亡时间及死亡原因分别进行分析。结果　颅脑损伤的主要死亡原因是严重的脑损伤及颅内血肿 ,各种原因的延误以严重的合并症、并发症等。结论　院前急救 ,尽早发现并清除颅内血肿、防治并发症及营养支持是降低颅脑损伤死亡率的重要措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the clinical charcteristes of dead cases with head injury and experience of management. Methods The general data,clinical manifestation, Cause and occurring time of deaths were analyzed respectively. Results The main causes of death were severe primary brain damage,intracanial hematoma,delayed operation,severe multiple injuries and complications. Conclusion prehospital emergency treatment,early evacuration of intracranial hematoma,nutritional support,prevention and management of complications should be emphasized to reduce the mortality.更多还原
