【摘要】 目的　探讨和评价华氏内固定系统在脊柱外科的应用价值和作用。方法　应用华氏脊柱前路固定系统治疗胸腰椎骨折2 3例 ,分别进行前路椎管减压植骨融合固定 ,比较神经功能恢复情况 ,并随访骨折愈合情况及局部症状。结果　全部 2 3例获得随访 ,时间 6～ 18个月 ,骨折均愈合 ,局部无疼痛 ,无 1例发生钢板折断螺钉松动滑脱及断钉现象 ,也无血管及脊髓损伤等情况。结论华氏脊柱前路固定系统手术操作简单 ,固定可靠 ,生物相融性好 ,可重建脊柱的稳定性 ,适用于脊柱胸腰椎骨折的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study and evaluate the applicability of Hua’s internal fixation system in the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fracture Methods Twenty three cases of thoracolumbar or lumbar burst fracture were treated with foreterior decompression bone grafting and Hua’s fixation,observed correction of kyphosis,the recovery of nerve function,fracture union and local symptoms Results All cases were followed-up for 6～18 months There was no complication in paining,there were no screw and steel plate loosening and breaking,the correction of kyphosis were not loss Conuclusion Hua’s anterior Fixation System could supply intrinsic stability and had the characteristics of simplicity,good biocompatity,it is easy to operate and especially useful for the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fracture更多还原
