【摘要】 目的 :了解抑郁发作、双相障碍 (抑郁相 )患者的抗抑郁药应用和联合并用药等情况。方法 :采用CCMD 3,对我院诊断为“抑郁发作、双相障碍 (抑郁相 )”患者共 5 18例 ,按照住院年度分为 5组 ,对每组患者临床应用的抗抑郁药和联合用药情况进行归类分析。结果 :抑郁发作和双相障碍 (抑郁相 )的患者使用抗抑郁药的种类和比例均逐年变化 ,第一代抗抑郁药使用频度逐年下降 ,第二代抗抑郁药逐年上升 ,在使用种类和使用频度方面都有较大变化 ;合并苯二氮芏卓 类药物较普遍 ,占 4 0 .15 %。结论 :抗抑郁药临床应用基本合理 ,第二代抗抑郁药临床应用逐年增加而合并苯二氮芏卓 类药物比例偏高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyse the drug-use of antidepressant in treatment of depression patients.Method: Five hundred and eighteen depression patients according with the depression diagnosis standard of CCMD-3, admited from 1997 to 2001, had be given the different kinds of antidepressants and other concomitant drugs. The patients were divided into five groups, the used antidepressants and other concomitant drugs in every group were respectively analysed. Result: The clinical application of the second generation antidepressants increased year by year; and the concomitant benzodiazepine were more universal.Conclusion: The clinical application of antidepressants were essentially rational. Use of second generation antidepressant being increased year by year.更多还原
