【摘要】 目的 :观察盐酸丁咯地尔对急性脑梗死的疗效。方法 :选择病人 10 0例 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组各 5 0例。治疗组用盐酸丁咯地尔 ,对照组用复方丹参注射液 +低分子右旋醣酐。结果 :治疗组显效率及血液流变指标明显优于对照组。结论 :盐酸丁咯地尔注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著。更多还原
