【摘要】 目的:分析酒依赖患者的心理防御机制特点,并探讨预防复饮的心理康复措施。方法:采用《防御方式问卷》(DSQ)对60例酒依赖患者分别于治疗前、治疗后一个月内进行测评,并与60例正常人进行对照分析。结果:酒依赖患者治疗前后DSQ各项因子评分无显著性差异(P>0.05),而与正常人相比较D1、D2因子均有显著性差异(P<0.05～0.01);D3因子在治疗前与正常人有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗后无显著性差异;D4因子均无显著性差异。结论:酒依赖患者存在心理防御机制的缺陷,应付心理压力及挫折的能力较差。在临床治疗过程中对酒依赖患者的防御机制进行评估,对制订有针对性的治疗策略有一定的积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand features of psychological defence mechanism in alcoholics and explore psychological rehabilitative measures to prevent their relapse trend. Methods: 60 alcoholics were assessed with difference style questionnaire (DSQ) before and 1 month after treatment,Then compared with 60 healthy controls. Results: After treatment scores of all subscales of DSQ in alcoholics were not different significantly from that before treatment (P>0.05),but scores of subscale D1 D2 were different significantly compared with that in healthy controls (P<0.05～0.01).Before treatment scores of D3 were different significantly compared with that in healthy controls (P<0.01), but that was not the case after treatment,scores of D4 were not different in any case. Conclusion: Alcoholics have deficit in psychological defence mechanism and worse ability to cope with stress or frustration. In clinic evaluations of defence mechanism in alcoholics play an important role in working out strategies to treat them.更多还原
