【摘要】 目的:了解海洛因依赖者在血栓与止血方面是否存在异常。方法:对30例海洛因依赖者血管内皮细胞、血小板、抗凝及纤溶等相关指标进行检测。结果:海洛因依赖组vWF:Ag、GMP140与正常对照组比较,明显增高,差异有显著性(P<0.01、P<0.05),而t-PA:A、PAI:A、PC、PS、DDimer与正常对照组比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:海洛因依赖者血管内皮损伤,血小板呈激活状态,有血栓形成倾向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the abnormality of hemostasis and thrombosis in heroin dependence groups. Methods: The related indexes of hemostasis and thrombosis (including endothelial cell, platelet, anticoagulation and fibrionlysis et al) are detected in a group of 30 heroin addicts. Results: vWF:Ag, GMP-140 in heroin addicts group were significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.01, P<0.05) and t-PA, PAI:A, PC, PS, D-Dimer were not different than that in control groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The endothelial cell injury and platelet activation existed in heroin addicts group that shows a tendency of thrombosis in the group.更多还原
