【摘要】 目的探讨肛门直肠局部注射肉毒毒素A结合中药保留灌肠治疗小儿先天性巨结肠的疗效。方法对25例先天性巨结肠患儿先行肛门直肠局部平滑肌注射肉毒毒素A,然后予自拟通便汤保留灌肠,观察患儿排便情况,并随访9～14个月。结果25例经过上述治疗,肛门自主排便满意,腹胀明显消除,钡灌肠显示扩张的结肠明显缩小;随访9～14个月,效果良好。结论本方法治疗小儿先天性巨结肠近期效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe therapeutical effect of local injection in anus and rectum with botulinum toxin A combined with modified excretion-stimulant decoction was clinically observed in children with hirschsprung diseasd(HD). Methods:Clinical observation was made in 25 pediatric patients with HD (below common type)verified by barium enema.In all cases,local injection in anus and rectum with botulinum toxin A was followed by retention enema with herbal decoction without assistance of anus dilatation and back-flow enema.Then,excretion after treatments described above has been observed and followed for 9～14 months. Results:Abdominal distension was lessened clearly with markedly improved excretion in all cases.Barium enema also revealed that enlarged colon had shrunk significantly.Conclussion:The therapeutical effect of local injection in anus and rectum with botulinum toxin A combined with Chinese medicine,at least short-term effect is quite good.更多还原
