【摘要】 20世纪90年代以来,高职高专教育探索人才培养模式实现了"实践———理论"的第一次飞跃,进入新世纪,高职教育开始了新一轮专业教学改革试点工作。通过再实践,人才培养模式的内涵正在不断丰富,将出现第二次飞跃。据此,从人才培养的目标、主体和保障体系三个层面论述高职人才培养模式的特征。更多还原
