室内装修材料挥发物的小鼠微核试验

【摘要】 目的 检测室内装修材料挥发物的致突变性。方法 选择 5 5间已经装修 0 5a的宾馆客房 ,测定空气中挥发物浓度 ,在静式染毒柜内配制约相当于现场测得的 10、2 0、40倍挥发物浓度染毒小白鼠 ,2h/d ,连续 15d ,胸骨骨髓制片 ,计算微核率。结果  10、2 0倍浓度组小鼠的微核率和阴性对照组比 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,40倍浓度组小鼠的微核率和阴性对照组差异有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 高浓度的装修材料挥发物对实验动物有致突变作用。

【Abstract】 To detect the mutagenicity of volatile in indoor decoration materials.The concentration of volatiles in the air of 55 decorated guest rooms in the hotels were measured. The mice were placed in the static cabinet to be exposed to volatiles of 10, 20 and 40 times of the concentration measured in the air of the guest rooms, 2 hours every day for 15 days continuously. Slides of sternum medulla were observed to calculate the rate of micronucleus.There was no significant difference in the macronucleus rate between the 10 and 20 times group and the contrast group (P>0.05). While significant difference was found between the 40 times group and the contrast group (P<0.01).[Conclusion]Volatile with high concentration in decoration materials has mutagenicity on mice.
