【Abstract】 Abstract:Based on application of the analyzed methods of″cost-benefit″,the paper made a sys-temic evaluation for the fishing-ban system in North Sea Area and thought that the system can not radically renew fishery resources,thereby being difficult to realize the anticipated goal.The paper also put forward some thinking to reform the fishing-ban system in compliance with the principle which fishery resources can be sustainable fishing.更多还原
