液压缸滚压加工机理及影响表面质量的因素

【摘要】 阐述了滚压加工的基本原理,以孔径100的液压缸为例,着重就被加工表面的力学特征及影响质量的因素进行分析探讨。

【Abstract】 This essay explain the basic prin ciple of rolling process.Taking the cylinder bore with the diameter equal to100mm for example,we analyzed the mechanics chara cteristics and the quali-ty influence factors on the processed surfaces in detail.
