肺康方防治金黄地鼠肺气肿并肺动脉高压的实验研究

【摘要】 目的 :探讨肺康方对金黄地鼠肺动脉高压的影响。方法 :以心痛定作为对照组 ,采用气管内注入弹性蛋白酶结合烟薰制作金黄地鼠肺气肿并肺动脉高压模型 ,研究肺康方对肺动脉高压、右心室及肺血管重建的影响。结果 :肺康方可以显著降低肺动脉高压 ,抑制右心室肥厚 ,且环肌型动脉 (MA)、无肌型动脉 (NMA)百分比、肺小动脉管壁厚度 血管外径WD TD(% )、管壁面积 血管总面积WA TA(% )与模型组比较均有显著性差异。结论 :肺康方可降低肺动脉高压 ,其机理与阻抑肺血管重建和抑制右室肥厚有关。

【Abstract】 Objective:To expore the effect of Feikang Recipe on pulmonmary artery hypertension (PAH) of expore the effect of Feikang Recipe on pulmonomary artery hypertension (PAH) of hamster.Method:the method of intratracheal injection with elastase combined with passive smoke inhalation was adopted to make the model of hamster with emphysema complicating PAH.The effect of Feikang Recipe on pulmonary hypertension,right venticle and remodeling of pulmonary blood vessel were obserbed.Result:Feikang Recipe could lower PAH,restrict thickening of fight ventricle,and there was significant difference in MA,NMA,WD/TD,WA/TA between Feikang Recipe group and the model group.Conclusion:Feikang Recipe can lower PAH,the mechanism may be that Feikang Recipe restricted remodeling of pulmonary blood vessel and thickening of right ventricle.
