注射砒霜大鼠的血清对白血病细胞凋亡及Bcl-2基因表达的影响
Effects of Serum of the Rats that are Given Arsenical Agents on Human Leukemia Apoptosis and Expression of bcl-2 Gene
【摘要】 目的 :探讨中药砒霜治疗白血病的作用机理。方法 :运用血清药理学法孵育人白血病细胞株K5 6 2细胞 ,通过流式细胞术检测注射砒霜大鼠的血清对细胞凋亡及bcl 2基因表达的影响。结果 :注射砒霜大鼠的血清能使K5 6 2细胞G0 G1期细胞百分数减少 ,S期细胞百分数增加 ,Bcl 2表达减少 ,具有诱导k5 6 2细胞凋亡的作用。
