【摘要】 肝既藏有形之血 ,又疏泄无形之气。肝体阴用阳学说是对肝之生理和病理的高度概括和总结。历代医家在理论上从不同角度提出了一定的见解 ,《内经》奠定了必要的理论基础 ,《金匮要略》对肝的证治已有虚实之分 ,晋隋时期临证经验的不断积累 ,金元时期各家理论兴起 ,该学说得到新的发展 ;明清医家的认识趋于理、法、方、药系统化。此学说经历了漫长的演化和发展过程 ,因此 ,客观、细致地进行大量的哲学和文献研究十分必要。更多还原

【Abstract】 The function of liver includes not only storing visible blood but also maintaining patency for the flow of invisible vital energy. The theory that function of liver Yang based on Yin and blood is the high summary of physiology and pathology of iiver Diffelrent opinions appeared in the medical books in the different periods. The statements in the Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic were the basis of the theory. There were two types for the treatment of liver disease\_deficiency and excess in the Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber. Clinical experiences were accumulated which lay a improve foundation of theory during Jin and Tang Dynasty. The theory developed with the prosperity of the various medical schools during Jin and Yuan periods. This theory had been perfect in basic theory, method, prescription and herbs in Ming and Qing Dynasty. The theory has been developed for a long time, and as a result, plenty philosophic and documentary studies are necessary.更多还原
