针刺内关穴对心肌梗塞模型大鼠缺血VEGF及VEGFmRNA的影响

【摘要】 目的 :探讨针刺内关穴促进冠脉侧枝血管新生的作用机理。方法 :采用分子原位杂交和免疫组化技术 ,动态检测VEGF及VEGFmRNA的表达。结果 :针刺组VEGF及VEGFmRNA较模型组明显增多 ,并且在VEGF的分布上 ,针刺组 2h即有VEGF反应物沉着于血管壁上 ,3周时血管壁成为VEGF反应物的主要分布区 :而模型组VEGF反应物的分布则多在心肌细胞胞浆中。这表明针刺内关对心肌缺血区VEGF合成及VEGFmRNA的表达具有促进作用。结论 :针刺内关对VEGF及VEGFmRNA的调节 ,可能是其促进血管新生的途径之一。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the mechanism of acupuncting Nei Guan point which promotes newborn of co ronary collatreal vessels in ichemia of Acute myocardial infarction.Methods:Adop ting in situ hybridization of molecule and histochemistry and immunohistochemica l method,we dynamically observed the expression of VEGF and VEGF mRNA in myocard i al ischemic of AMI model rats.Results:The VEGF and VEGF mRNA of acupuncture grou p s markedly increased than that in model control group,In addition from the point of view of the distributiong of VEGF,at 2nd hours,the VEGF immunocomplex deposi ted on the vascular walls,at 3rd week the vascular walls were the main distribut ed area of VEGF immunocomplex,but in model control groups they mainly distribute d in the cytoplasm of myocardial cells.The results showed that acupuncting"Nei Guan"point had an effect on pomoting VEGF formation and VEGF mRNA expression in myocardial ischemic area.Conclusions:The regulation of acupuncting Nei Guan poin t on the expression of VEGF and VEGF mRNA may be one of mechanisms of promoting blood vessels formation.
