甘草多糖对小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响
Effect of Glycyrrhizia Polysaccharide on Macrophage Phagocytosis in Mice
【摘要】 目的 :观察甘草多糖 (Glycyrrhiziapolysaccharide ,GPS)对小鼠非特异性免疫系统功能的影响。方法 :采用印度墨汁廓清实验法测定小鼠网状内皮系统 (RES)中的单核巨噬细胞系统功能。结果 :与正常对照组比较 ,口服制剂高剂量组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,注射制剂高、中剂量组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;与香菇多糖组比较 ,注射制剂高、中剂量组有显著性差异 (P≤ 0 .0 1)。结论 :GPS能提高小鼠RES功能 ,不仅对特异性免疫功能有促进作用 ,而且对非特异性免疫功能亦有增强。
【Abstract】 睞bstract〕Objective:To observe the effect of Glycyrrhizia Polysaccharide(GPS)on immunity function of nonspecific immunity system in mice.Methods:To Estimate the effect of macrophage on reticuloendothelial system(RES)of mice by clear up methods.Results: To compare with control group,high dose of P.O.GPS group has significant difference(P<0.05);middle and high dose of I.P.GPS groups have significant difference(P≤0.01),respectively.Conclusion:GPS could improve the funcion of RES in mice .GPS not only promotes the function of specific immunity ,but also enhances the function of nonspecific immunity in mice. 〔
