铅染毒对幼鼠毒性作用的实验研究

【摘要】 目的 检测不同浓度铅染毒对生长发育期小鼠的毒性反应。方法 断乳BabL/C小鼠自由饮用不同浓度醋酸铅溶液 (0 0 2 5 % ,0 0 5 % ,0 0 75 % ) 8周 ,建立铅染毒动物模型。全程观察生长过程 ,定期称重 ,测定各脏器重量指数及骨髓多染红细胞微核率。结果  0 0 75 %组小鼠体重与对照组相比增加缓慢 (P<0 0 5 ) ;各脏器重量指数无统计学差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;0 0 75 %组、 0 0 5 %组小鼠微核率与对照组相比显著增加 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 铅染毒影响幼鼠体重增长及骨髓微核率。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the lead toxicity with different doses to young mice. Methods Three experimental groups were exposed by taking orally freely different doses of lead acetate (0.025%, 0.050%, 0.075%) for eight weeks respectively, and the control group was administrated with distilled water. The growth change, organ weight index and micronucleus-forming rate of bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes were observed in all groups. Results The weight in experimental group with 0.075% lead acetate was less increased than that in control group (p<0.05). There was no significant differences in organ weight index among all groups (p>0.05). Micronucleus-forming rate in two experimental groups with 0.075% and 0.050% lead acetate were significantly higher than that in control group (p<0.05). Conclusions It may be suggested that lead can influence weight increase and micronucleus-forming rate in young mice
