超临界CO2萃取大果木姜子精油的研究
Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Extraction of Essential Oil from Cinnamomum migao H. W. Li.
【摘要】 在一个主要由一个萃取器和两个分离器组成的超临界实验装置上,用超临界CO2流体萃取大果木姜子精油。分别研究了温度、压力、原料粒径和CO2流率对萃取过程的影响。并且用GC-MS分析所得精油的成分。结果表明,超临界CO2流体萃取法提取大果木姜子精油,比文献报道的水蒸气法优越。
【Abstract】 Essential oil from Cinnamomum migao H. W. Li. was extracted by supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) using carbon dioxide and a two-stage fractional separation system. The experiment was carried out under 306K -333K and 10 ~30 MPa. The influence of the process parameters were discussed. The GC-MS method was applied to analyze the components of these oils obtained by SFE. The result by SFE was better than that by stream distillation.
