【摘要】 目的 :观察大剂量黄芪联合血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂 (ACEI)治疗肾性蛋白尿的疗效。方法 :将 6 8例肾性蛋白尿患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各 34例 ,治疗组在 ACEI常规治疗基础上加用黄芪以 1m g/ (kg· d)静脉滴注 1个月并观察治疗前后 2 4 h尿蛋白、血浆白蛋白、Ccr、尿β2 - MG变化。对照组仅用 ACEI等常规治疗。结果 :在 ACEI基础上合用大剂量黄芪可明显降低尿蛋白 ,提高血浆白蛋白水平及肌酐清除率 (Ccr) (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1)。结论 :ACEI联合大剂量黄芪能更有效地减少蛋白尿 ,提高肌酐清除率 ,阻止肾性蛋白尿对肾损的进一步发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of the high dosage of Astragalus Injection united with the Angiotensin Converting Enzyme Inhibitor (ACEI) on patients with nephrogenous albuminuria.Methods:In the clinical study,68 cases of the nephrogenous proteinuria were randomly divided into two groups:test group (n=34),receiving conventional treatment and the Astragalus Injection (1mg/kg/d),and contral group (n=34).Different group received different cure for one month.Observed the change of 24h urine protein quantitying (24hupq),Albumin(ALB),Creatinine clearance rate(Ccr),and β 2 Mg of urine in front and behind.Results:Based on ACEI,uniting the high dosage of Astragalus Injection,It could reduce the urine protein,at the same time,ALB and Ccr increased markedly( P<0.05 or P<0.01 ).Conclusion:ACEI united the high dosage of Astragalus Injection could decrease nephrogenous albuminuria,and improve Ccr more effectively.The further nephric damage that caused by nephrogenous albuminuria was inhibited.Astragali was an important auxiliary medicine in treating nephrogenous albuminuria.
