感冒康宁颗粒抗菌、抗病毒及解热作用研究

【摘要】 目的:研究感冒康宁颗粒体外和体内的抗菌抗病毒作用及解热作用。方法:用流感病毒A3和呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)所致细胞病变法观察感冒康宁颗粒的体外抗病毒活性,用流感病毒呼吸道感染模型评价体内抗病毒作用;用试管法测定感冒康宁颗粒在体外对不同临床常见致病菌的影响,用小鼠全身感染模型评价感冒康宁的体内抗菌作用;用2,4-二硝基苯酚引起大鼠发热,观察感冒康宁颗粒的解热作用。结果:感冒康宁颗粒13.1mg·mL-1对流感病毒A3引起的细胞病变有抑制作用,52.2mg·mL-1对RSV引起的细胞病变有抑制作用,9g·kg-1可明显降低小鼠的RSV呼吸道感染率(P<0.01);感冒康宁颗粒对大肠杆菌、金葡球菌、甲型溶血性链球菌、肺炎球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌均有抑制作用,9g·kg-1可明显降低金葡球菌全身感染小鼠的死亡率(P<0.01)。4.8或9.6g·kg-1感冒康宁在致热后30,60,90,120,15,180min均有明显抑制体温升高的作用(P<0.01)。结论:感冒康宁颗粒在体内外均具有明显的抗菌抗病毒作用和较好的解热作用。提示在临床上对感冒可能具有标本兼治的功效。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the in vivo antibacterial, antiviral and antipyretic effect of GMKN granules. Methods:The in vitro antibacterial effects of the granules were studied by test tube dilution method and the in vivo antibacterial effects of it were evaluated in mice with induced systematic infections. The in vitro antiviral effects of the granules were studied by cytopathic method and the in vivo antiviral effects of it were studied in mice with induced respiratory infections. The antipyretic effects of the granules were studied in rats with fever induced by 2,4-dinitrophenol. Result: GMKN granules inhibited cell lesion induced by Influenza virus A3 at the final concentration of ≥13. 1 mg· mL-1 ,and by respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) at the final concentration of ≥52.2mg·mL-1 GMKN granules at the dosage of 9g·kg-1 significantly decreased the respiratory tract infectious rate by RSV in mice ( P < 0. 01) . The MICs of GMKN granules on Escherichia coli , Staphylococcus aureus , Streptococcus and Pneumococcus were 2 100, 1 050, 263, 263mg·mL-1, respectively. 9g·kg-1 of GMKN granules markedly reduced death rate of Staphylococcus aureus infection in mice (P<0.01).4.8 and 9.6 g·kg-1 of GMKN granules evidently inhibited the fever induced by 2,4- dinitrophenol in rats (P <0.01).Conclusion:GMKN granules possesses in vitro and in vivo antibacterial and antiviral effects as well as antipyretic effects.
