【摘要】 目的 :观察保肾冲剂对系膜增殖性肾小球肾炎兔肾脏的保护作用及其可能机制。方法 :2 4只兔按随机原则分为正常组、模型组和保肾冲剂治疗组。采用灌胃法给予实验兔保肾冲剂 ,分别观察实验期间模型兔血脂如甘油三酯 ( TG)、总胆固醇 ( TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 ( L DL C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 ( HDL C)以及血清一氧化氮 ( NO)、血浆内皮素 ( ET)、血浆降钙素基因相关肽 ( CGRP)的变化 ,并观察肾组织形态学。结果 :与模型组相比 ,保肾冲剂能明显改善制模所引起的高胆固醇血症 ,并使血清 NO、血浆 CGRP的下降明显恢复 ,同时血浆 ET水平有明显下降 ,其肾脏病理损害亦相对较轻。结论 :保肾冲剂对系膜增殖性肾小球肾炎兔具有保护作用 ,作用机制可能与对 NO、ET和 CGRP的调节有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the protective effects of Baoshen granule(保肾冲剂) on the kidneys of mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis (MesPGN) rabbits.Methods:Twentyfour rabbits were randomly divided into normal group,model group,and Baoshen granule treatment group.Changes of the levels of blood lipid,serum nitric oxide(NO),plasma endothelin(ET),plasma calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP),and pathology were observed.Results:Baoshen granule could increase the amounts of serum NO and plasma CGRP,and reduce the levels of total cholesterol(TC) and low density lipoproteincholesterol(LDLC) at 8 weeks.Plasma ET decreased after rabbits received Baoshen granule.The pathologic changes were abated significantly in the rabbits feeded by Baoshen granule.Conclusion:Baoshen granule may protect the kidney of MesPGN rabbits and decrease plasma ET,it may be a mechanism of this action.更多还原
