【摘要】 目的 :探讨成人中心注视性屈光性弱视的治疗效果。方法 :观察 6 2例 86眼 18～ 2 6岁成人弱视患者 ,治疗前行眼科常规检查 ,采用验光、配镜光学及药物压抑等综合疗法 ,同时口服中药弱视明合剂及左旋多巴片 ,平均随访 2 .6年。结果 :总有效率为 81.4 % ,屈光不正性轻、中、重度弱视 ,有效率分别为 10 0 %、86 .7%和 2 0 %。屈光参差性轻、中、重度弱视有效率为 10 0 %、86 .4 %和 16 .7%。结论 :成人中心注视性屈光性弱视治疗大部分是有效的 ,不可放弃。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the curative effectiveness of treating adult amblyopia.Methods:To observe 62 amblyopic cases(86 eyes) aged 18～26 years who received eye exams prior to treatments. Patients then received comprehensive optometric based treatment and eyeglasses. A control group underwent treatment with a special Chinese medicine(anti amblyopic ruoshiming) and levodopa tablets.Results:Follow up visits show that the total recovery rate was 81.4%. Recovery rates for slight,moderate and severe ametropic amblyopia were 100%,86.7% and 20%,respectively,and rates for anisometropic amblyopia were 100%,86.4% and 16.7%,respectively.Conclusion:The treatment for adult amblyopia is usually effective and,therefore,cannot be overlooked.更多还原
