【摘要】 目的评价泽桂癃爽胶囊治疗性病后慢性前列腺炎的疗效及对性功能改善的作用。方法随机将116例性病后慢性前列腺炎患者分为两组,A组口服泽桂癃爽胶囊加敏感抗生素治疗,B组单纯用敏感抗生素治疗。并于治疗前后进行前列腺按摩液(EPS)常规检查和应用美国国立卫生院(NIH)前列腺炎症状评分以及国际勃起功能指数(IIEF)积分评估疗效。结果A组总有效率87.9％(51/58);B组总有效率84.5％(49/58);两组总有效率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。但A组的射精痛、小腹痛及会阴痛消失率均优于B组,差别有显著意义(P均<0.05)。A组IIEF积分治疗前后比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05);B组IIEF积分治疗前后比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论泽桂癃爽胶囊治疗性病后慢性前列腺炎对临床症状的缓解及性生活质量的改善有一定的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To evaluate the efficacy of Zegui Longshuang capsules in the treatment of chronic prostatitis after venereal diseases and the effect on the patients’ sexual function. Methods 116 cases of patients with prostatitis after venereal diseases were randomly separated into two groups, 58 cases in group A were treated with Zegui Longshuang capsules and antibiotics, and the other 58 cases in group B were treated with antibiotics only. The efficacy was evaluated by routine EPS examination, NIH chronic prostatitis symptom index and international index of erectile dysfunction. Results The total effective rates were 87.9% (51/58) in group A and 84.5% (49/58) in group B. The efficacy showed no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). But there were better curative effects on ejaculation-ache, underbelly-ache and perineum-ache in group A than those in group B. After treatment the international index of erectile dysfunction in group A was higher than that of before (P<0.05). But there was no significant difference in group B (P>0.05). Conclusion Zegui Longshuang capsules could improve the symptoms and sex function of patients with chronic prostatitis after the venereal disease.更多还原
