【摘要】 目的探讨口服转移因子(OTF)治疗寻常型银屑病的作用机制。方法观察OTF对38例银屑病患者的临床疗效,并且用分子生物学中原位杂交的实验方法对细胞因子白介素8(IL-8)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)mRNA在患者治疗前后皮损中的表达进行了检测。结果OTF能明显改善寻常型银屑病患者的皮肤炎症,总有效率为60.52%,相关细胞因子在治疗后皮损中的表达均较治疗前有不同程度的下调。结论OTF治疗寻常型银屑病安全有效,其作用机制与抑制引发银屑病炎症的细胞因子有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic mechanism of oral transfer factor(OTF)for psoriasis.Methods The clinical effects of OTF on38patients with psoriasis were observed and the mRNA expressions of related cytokines(IL-8,IFN-γ,TNF-α)in psoriatic skin before and after the treatment with OTF were detected by hybridization in situ method.Re sults The results revealed that the skin inflammation of psoriasis was improved greatly with total efficiency of60.52%,and the mRNA expressions IL-8,IFN-γand TNF-αwere down-regulated obviously after the treatment with OTF.Conclusion OTF is a safe and effective preparation in treating psoriasis.And the therapeutic effects may be implicated with the inhibitive action on cytokines production,which can play an important role in psoriatic pathogenesis.更多还原
