【摘要】 目的探讨狼疮肾炎发病与花生四烯酸产物的关系。方法44只BXSB小鼠分4组,经中药治疗1.5月后,分别测定各组小鼠的尿蛋白定量、血清抗核抗体、肾脏内IgG和C3沉积量及肾组织内前列腺素(PGE1)、前列环素(6-酮-PGF1α)、血栓素(TXB2)和白三烯(LTC4)的含量。结果发现空白对照组雄性小鼠尿蛋白定量、血清抗核抗体水平、肾组织内IgG、C3含量均高于治疗组。与此同时,肾组织内LTC4、TXB2含量高于治疗组,肾组织内6-酮-PGF1α及PGE1含量低于治疗组。结论皮质类固醇和中药治疗后可以使6-酮-PGF1α及PGE1升高,使LTC4、TXB2含量降低,说明花生四烯酸的不同衍生物含量和狼疮肾炎的病情轻重密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the relationship between the products of arachidonic acid and the etiogenesis of LN.Meth ods 44of BXSB mice were divided into four groups.After one and half months of treatment ,the contents of urinary protein,the serum ANA level,and the contents of IgG,C3,LTC 4 ,TXB 2 ,PGE 1 and6Keto-PGF 1α within the mice kedneys were determined by radioimmunoassay.Results After treatment the content of urinary protein and level of ANA in all treatment groups were lower than that of the control.The content of LTC 4 and TXB 2 of all treatment groups were low-er than that of the control,and the content of6Keto-PGF 1α and PEG 1 were higher than that of the control.Con clusion The etiogenesis of lupus nephritis is relative with arachidonic acid.The function of LTC 4 and TXB 2 is different from that of6Keto-PGF 1α and PEG 1 .更多还原
