【摘要】 目的 :编制一套较为全面的阿片类稽延性戒断症状自评量表。方法 :根据戒毒临床经验 ,参考国内外文献 ,从 71项条目库中初步筛选出 33个条目 ,作为稽延性戒断症状自评量表的初稿 ,并对符合研究要求的 2 30名阿片依赖者进行调查 ,将所得资料进行因素分析和信度及重测信度检验。结果 :经因素分析 ,共抽取出 :情绪症状、渴求症状、躯体症状、睡眠症状四因素 ,含括 30个条目 ,可解释 6 1 887%的变异。量表Alpha系数为 0 95 33 ,四个因素的Alpha系数分别为 0 90 46、 0 9112、 0 90 49、 0 810 9;重测信度总体的相关系数为 0 80 3,四个因素的相关系数分别为 0 75 1、0 6 6 1、0 76 5、0 6 6 0 ,均呈显著的正相关 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :所编稽延性戒断症状自评量表具有良好信度及结构效度 ,可以作为临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To develop a clinical useful self-rating opiate protracted abstinent symptoms scale. Method: 33 items from literatures were chosen after fully discussion with experts in the area. 230 heroin dependent patients who met the entry criteria (10 days after detoxification) were asked to fill the self-rating scale. Result: After the third round of factor analysis, four factors were extracted, they were mood symptoms, craving symptoms, physical symptoms and sleeping symptoms. The new scale included 30 items and could explain 61.9% of the total variance. The Cronbach alpha coefficient of the scale was 0.95, the alpha coefficients of the four factors were 0.90, 0.91, 0.90 and 0.81 respectively. The test-retest correlation was statistically significant (r=0.80,P<0.01). That of each factor was also significant in statistic (r=0.66-0.76, P<0.01). Conclusion:The newly developed scale has good psychometric quality.更多还原
