【摘要】 目的 :观察四黄调胃汤、PPI三联疗法及两者联合疗法对脾气虚兼湿热气滞型幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)相关性胃炎及消化性溃疡的疗效。方法 :3种不同疗法分别治疗脾气虚兼湿热气滞型 Hp相关性胃炎及消化性溃疡的患者 ,观察中医症候总积分、消化性溃疡和慢性胃炎疗效、Hp根除率及综合疗效等。结果 :四黄调胃汤与 PPI三联疗法联合能够改善消化性溃疡的临床症状 ,提高溃疡的愈合率 ;Hp根除率比单纯四黄调胃汤和单纯 PPI三联疗法均有提高 ;3种疗法对胃炎治疗效果均非常明显 ;四黄调胃汤与 PPI疗法联合及单纯四黄调胃汤改善临床症状效果优于单纯 PPI三联 ;四黄调胃汤与 PPI三联疗法联合 ,对 Hp相关性胃炎及消化性溃疡的总有效率明显高于单纯四黄调胃汤和单纯 PPI三联疗法。结论 :四黄调胃汤及 PPI三联结合其综合疗效明显高于单纯中药或西药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the curative effect of Sihuangtiaowei decoction(SD) and PPI-combination therapy on Hp-relative gastritis and peptic ulcer disease(PUD).Methods: SD,PPI-combination therapy and combination of SD and PPI-combination therapy were used to treat patients with Hp-relative gastritis and PUD of spleen-qi deficiency and qi-stagnation due to dampness-heat. General integral of TCM symptoms,curative effect of PUD and gastritis,elimination rate of Hp and general curative effect were observed. Results: The combination therapy of SD and PPI-combination could improve clinic symptoms of PUD and concrescence rate of the ulcer. The elimination rate of Hp was better than that of single SD or PPI-combination therapy. Three therapies had good effect on gastritis. The combination therapy and single SD had better effect on improving clinic symptoms than single PPI-combination therapy. The general curative rate of the combination therapy on Hp-relative gastritis and PUD was significantly higher than that of single SD or PPI-combination therapy. Conclusion: The combination therapy of SD and PPI-combination had better effect than single Chinese or western medicine.更多还原
