【摘要】 目的 :观察柴芩平胃胶囊 (CC)对胃肠激素和胃液血清总胆酸 (TBA)的影响 ,分析其治疗反流性残胃炎的作用机制。方法 :Wistar大鼠 16 0只 ,其中 12只作为假手术对照组 (对照组 ) ,其余造模 4周后将存活大鼠分为模型组 ,CC大、中、小剂量组和小柴胡冲剂阳性组。给药 4周后测定各组胃泌素 (GAS) ,胃液表皮生长因子 (EGF)、TBA及胃粘膜前列腺 E2 (PGE2 )变化。结果 :与对照组比较 ,模型组大鼠 GAS和胃粘膜 PGE2 显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,胃液 TBA明显升高 (P <0 .0 1)。与模型组比较 ,CC小、中剂量组可升高 GAS、胃液 EGF和胃粘膜 PGE2 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,大剂量组可降低胃液 TBA含量 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :手术导致胆汁反流明显增加 ,引起胃肠内分泌激素的失调 ,损伤胃粘膜营养和防御功能 ,从而损伤胃粘膜 ;CC可通过降低胃液内 TBA含量 ,影响激素分泌而达治疗目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of Chaiqinpingwei capsule (CC) on gastrointestinal hormones of bile reflux gastritis. Methods: The rat model of bile reflux gastritis was induced by B Ⅱgastrojejunostomy. After 4 weeks, the alive model rats were divided into 5 groups: model group, large dose CC group, medium dose CC group, low dose CC group and positive group of Xiaochaihu granule. Four weeks after treatment, GAS, EGF, serum TBA and PGE 2 in the gastric mucosa were tested. Results: Compared with those in the rats of normal control group, the levels of serum gastrin and PGE 2 in the gastric mucosa of the model group were significantly decreased (P<0.01), TBA level of gastric juice was markedly increased (P<0.01). Compared with those in the model group, the levels of serum gastrin, EGF in the gastric juice and PGE 2 in gastric mucosa of the low and medium dose CC groups were increased (P<0.05), and the TBA level of gastric juice of the high dose CC group were decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion: Long term bile reflux could cause the disorder of gastrointestinal hormone secretion and damage the nutritional and defensive function, which led to the injury of gastric mucosa. CC could exert its curative effect through decreasing the level of TBA in the gastric juice and affecting the secretion of gastrointestinal hormones.更多还原
