铝箔轧机工作辊滚动轴承负荷特性分析

【摘要】 本文利用3 DECBBEM轴承边界元专用程序计算了2350铝箔轧机工作辊滚动轴承负荷特性,并对滚动轴承在不同工况下的负荷特性进行详细分析,阐明滚动轴承频繁发生短寿烧损和轧机被迫降速运行的原因,为研究2350铝箔轧机滚动轴承延寿治烧问题和高速轧制提供了重要理论依据。

【Abstract】 In this paper, with expert 3DECBBEM program, it is calculated that load characteristic of roller bearing on work roll for 2 350 aluminum foil mill. Through analyzing the load characteristics of roller bearing under different conditions in detail, it is clarified the reason why roller bearing frequently burnt and damaged and mill had to work at a lower speed. Research result provides important theoretical basis for studying such problems.
