预应力轧机的预应力智能监控系统

【摘要】 提出了一种以可编程序控制器为核心的预应力智能监控系统,通过对预应力大小的控制,来保证轧机高刚度的实现。

【Abstract】 The paper introduce an intelligent monitoring and control system by using PLC(S7-200)as core.The high rigidity of the prestressed rolling mill is guaranteed by means of controlling the amount of prestressed force.
