热连轧机工作辊热辊形仿真研究
Emulational study on work roll thermal profile in hot strip mills
【摘要】 采用差分法建立了轧辊二维瞬态温度场及热辊形的预报模型 ,可用于实际生产的在线热辊形预报 ;利用实际生产参数模拟轧制和空冷过程中的工作辊热辊形 ,计算结果与实测值相符 ;就不同条件下工作辊热变形规律进行了分析 ,对热轧生产的工艺安排、组织和热磨辊具有实际意义
【Abstract】 Using the finite-difference method,a two-dimension axisymmetric model has been developed which can precisely and speedily compute the work rolls′ transient temperature field and thermal profile under complex rolling conditions and,thus,can be used to predict work roll thermal profile on-line.By calculating with rolling data from the spot,the work roll thermal profile in the whole process of rolling and cooling has been studied with the result perfectly in accordance with the measured data on spot.By simulating thermal expansion with different rolling parameters, the influence on work rolls′ thermal profile and thermal crown has been studied;the study is significant on enacting technical regulations and on rolls′ hot grinding.
