Y2O3原始粉末在PMP样品制备中的作用
Role of Y2O3 as Original Ingredient in Fabricating PMP YBCO Samples
【摘要】 在PMP工艺原始粉末中 ,用Y2 O3粉代替 2 11粉生成 12 3相 ,研究了新工艺样品的微观结构和超导性能。结果表明 ,此工艺的预烧温度不应高于 70 0℃ ,以免在包晶反应之前形成 12 3相 ,这一温度远低于传统工艺的预烧温度。Y2 O3样品与PMP样品有相似的微观结构 ,但Y2 O3样品的残余 2 11粒子的尺寸更加细小 ,可能诱发大量层错、位错等晶体缺陷作为钉扎中心 ,有利于提高样品的超导性能。Y2 O3样品在高场下的JC 值比传统的PMP样品高 ,其各向异性也有所改善。用Y2 O3代替 2 11的PMP新工艺具有提高其超导性能的巨大潜力。
【Abstract】 The Y 2O 3 powder was used as the original ingredient, instead of Y 211 powder, to form the Y 123 phase by the PMP process. The superconductive properties of this new Y 2O 3 original samples were investigated. Results reveal that the precalcination temperature of this kind of samples should not be higher than 700 ℃ to avoid the formation of Y 123 phase, which is much lower than that of the classical PMP samples. The Y 2O 3 original samples have the similar microstructure to the Y 211 original samples, but they have finer Y 211 particles, which cause more pinning center, which results in better conducting behavior. The J C value of Y 2O 3 original samples in high field is higher than that of Y 211 original samples, and the anisotropy is restrained remarkably. That means, this novel method is a potential method to improve the super conductive properties of the PMP samples.
