【Abstract】 SiGe is one of the promising materials to the microelectronics and has important application on silicon integrated circuit. Two kinds of SiGe heterostructures including SiGe/Si and SiGe on insulator were introduced. The preparation technology and research progress of SiGe were reviewed.
