微等离子体氧化法制备TiO2陶瓷膜的光催化活性研究

【摘要】 在不同的电流密度下 ( 5 ,10 ,15A·dm- 2 ) ,微等离子体氧化法在钛基体上产生了多孔的二氧化钛陶瓷膜。所得膜层被用于降解若丹明B ,有一定的光催化活性 ,当电流密度为 10A·dm- 2 时 ,所得膜层具有较高的光催化活性 ,2h去除率达 90 %。经XRD和SEM分析膜层的表面形貌和结构 ,发现膜层的微孔尺寸和锐钛矿型二氧化钛的含量随着电流密度增加而增加 ,10A·dm- 2 时所得膜的高催化活性归功于较大的比表面积及较高的锐钛矿型二氧化钛的结晶量

【Abstract】 Microporous titanium dioxide thin films were fabricated on titanium base by the micro plasma oxidation method with different current density (5, 10 and 15 A·dm -2 ). X ray diffraction, scanning electronic microscopy and UV Vis spectrophotometry were used to characterize the films. The results indicate that the number and size of micropores and the crystallinity of the anatase and rutile TiO 2 phases increase with the current density. Degradation of Rhodamine B dye was used to test the photo catalytic activity of the films. The relatively better degradation efficiency compared with Rhodamine B mineralization was obtained with the sample produced with a current density of 10 A·dm -2 . This behavior is ascribed to the larger specific surface area and the higher crystallinity of anatase TiO 2.
