凝胶-微乳液化学剪裁制备Ni-Fe复合纳米微粒(Ⅱ) 相关参数对微粒的组成及粒径分布和磁性的影响

【摘要】 用XRD ,TEM ,EDS及振动磁强计研究了凝胶 微乳液化学剪裁技术制备明胶包裹的复合纳米量级铁镍超细微粒时 ,微乳液的水池半径R和Ni Fe比等参数对微粒的组成及粒径分布和磁性的影响。结果表明 :微粒为明胶包裹球形超细微粒。微球的平均粒径为 48~ 13 6nm ,单个微粒的粒径 2 .3~ 3 .4nm。每个复合微球中约有 2 1~ 40个铁 镍粒子 ,微粒有优良的磁性 ,高的矫顽力。X射线衍射和X射线能谱分析表明有Ni Fe合金相形成。

【Abstract】 Nanoparticles gelatin nickel iron composite particles were prepared with the gel microemulsion chemical tailoring method. The investigations by XRD, TEM and EDX show that the ultrafine particles are spheroid coated by gelatin. The average sizes of spheroid are 48~136 nm, and single particle sizes are 2.3~3.4 nm, about 21~40 nickel iron particles per spheroid. The effects of some paremeters such as microemulsion water cell radius R , Ni/Fe ratio and etc. on composition and size for particles and magnetic properties were also studied. The results show that nanoparticle gelatin nickel iron composite particles have well magnetic properties, and higher coercive force. Ni Fe alloy was observed by analysis XRD and EDS.
